Section 342(6) of the Criminal Procedure Code does not oust the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal to hear appeals against refusal of bail by the Supreme Court. The appeals of Kenneth Steve Esparon and Georges Michel are allowed and they are to be released on bail under specified conditions. The appeals of Robert Billy Jean, Franky Clement Thelermont, and Naddy Peter Delorie are dismissed, subject to reconsideration if their trial does not proceed as scheduled.
