The application is granted. The accused is remanded to bail in the following conditions; (1) Not to interfere with witnesses, or potential witnesses. (2) To surrender his passport and travel documents. (3) Not to commit any similar offence whilst on bail. (4) To report to the Perseverance police station once a week, every Friday before 6 pm. Page 2 of 2 (5) To appear in court as and when required to do so. [2] Breach of either of these conditions will render a revocation of bail, which means that bail will be revoked and the accused will be remanded in police custody.
