Madeleine, J Heard: 19" January 2026 Delivered: 19" January 2026 ORDER MADELEINE J I hereby order that summons be issued to — (1) The Managing Director of Seychelles Credit Union, The Mauritius Commercial Bank (Seychelles) Limited and ABSA (Seychelles) to provide the Court with details of bank accounts including bank statements for the period 2021 to date held in the name of Johanse Hendrick Michel or in the name of the following businesses: JHM Construction, J.H.M Engineering, H&R New Design & Build and Imanze Takeaway. (2) The Chief Executive Officer of the Licensing Authority to provide the Court with the details of any active licenses issued to Johanse Hendrick Michel or in the name of the following businesses: JHM Construction, J.H.M Engineering, H&R New Design & Build and Imanze Takeaway and of any vehicles registered in the same names. (3) The Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Pension Fund to provide records of contributions made by or for Johanse Hendrick Michel whether as employee or sole trader.
