The 1st Defendant paid SR1,370,087.58 to the 2nd and 3rd Defendants, believing them to be agents, but the Plaintiff never received the funds. The 2nd and 3rd Defendants are liable to the Plaintiff for US$196,372.00 with interest. The 1st Defendant’s counter-claim for SR62,500.00 is allowed against the Plaintiff, but this sum is to be added to the judgment against the 2nd and 3rd Defendants.
