Ally for the Petitioner IN THE MATTER OF- A petition under Section 162 read with Section 163 of the Seychelles Code of Civil Procedure Gaswaga, J ORDER I have read the petition as filed by Mr. Frank Ally, the petitioner’s counsel. I have also read Section 162 and Section 163 of the Seychelles Code of Civil Procedure, Cap 213. I find that sufficient ground has been shown for this Court to grant the said petition. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that a copy of summons herein together with this order be served on each one of the defendants to appear in Court on the 14th day of May, 2008 at 9:00am for the purpose of enabling the petitioner to obtain personal answers from them pursuant to Section 163.
