The Master's decision to appoint additional co-liquidators, including the Sixth Respondent, was made without affording the Applicant an opportunity to be heard, despite a specific request for such. The Master's actions were inconsistent with his earlier directive to convene a creditors' meeting for the nomination of a replacement liquidator and failed to adequately address objections regarding conflicts of interest.
