The continued filing of documents and appearances by Mr Hittler on behalf of Corwil are irregular and ultra vires. The requirements for a final interdict are satisfied, as Investec has a clear right not to be subjected to irregular opposition and harassment by the filing of unauthorized papers, which causes prejudice and unnecessary costs.
