The evidence established that the department was not responsible for the removal of the plaintiff’s name from the SACE register, as SACE is an independent body and the plaintiff failed to submit the required documents for registration. The court accepted the defendant’s version that the plaintiff did not apply for the relevant temporary position in 2015 and that the code change from dismissal to resignation did not bar her from future employment. The plaintiff was later employed on a temporary basis and declined a permanent post offered in 2018....
