Orders

  • The respondent shall pay the applicant R67,000.00 per month, subject to the applicant continuing to receive rental income from the Cedar Acres and Oppi Koppi properties, with the first payment due on or before 28 August 2024 and monthly thereafter.
  • The respondent shall pay all educational expenses of the minor child, including school fees, levies, debentures, prescribed uniforms, books, stationery, agreed extra lessons, school outings, occupational and speech/language therapy, and agreed extra-mural activities including required kit and equipment.
