  • The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff the sum of R2,679,022.00 in respect of loss of earning capacity.
  • Interest on the aforesaid amount at the prescribed rate of 10.75% per annum from the date of order to date of payment, as per the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act 55 of 1975 as amended.
