The evidence did not support Ipower's ownership of the Huey, nor was there proof of a contract of sale between Ipower and the previous owner. The funds used for the purchase merely passed through Ipower as a conduit and did not confer ownership. The subsequent sale from S and M Trust to Money Global was valid and perfected before the ex parte order, and any challenge to its validity would require a separate competent court finding.
