Procedural Posture

Civil Appeal / Appeal From Gauteng Division of the High Court, Pretoria

  1. 1 Whether SAPO is obliged under rule 3 of the Fund's rules to pay monthly pension contributions to the Fund.

Court Disposition

Appeal upheld; high court order set aside and replaced with declaratory and cost orders against SAPO.
