[1] This is an application for leave to appeal brought by the plaintiff against the whole judgment and order of this Court issued on 7 February 2025 in terms of which the plaintiff’s claim was dismissed with costs.
[2] I have considered the grounds upon which leave to appeal is sought and reflected on the judgment. I am not persuaded that appeal would have reasonable prospects of success. The application stands to be dismissed.
