JUDGMENT

LANDMAN J:

[1] On 20 October 2010 although directed to postpone the matters I reserved judgment in all the matters on the roll concerning the Chief Executive Officer of the South African Social Security Agency pending the outcome of the judgment of a Full Bench of this court sitting in the first instance.

[2] The judgment of the Full Bench was delivered on Thursday 27 January 2011. See G T Seodigeng & Others v SASSA.

[3] I am bound by the majority judgment of the Full Bench.

[4] Accordingly the following matters are dismissed as the applicants have not exhausted their internal remedies:
