RESPONDENT R U L I NG MWAIKUGILE, SDR-CA/TAXING MASTER: This Bill of Cost was set for taxation today the 9th day of March, 1999. The Bill of Costs was filed by Prof.Fimbo learned Advocate for the J/Creditor and Mr. El-Maamry learned Advocate appeared for the J/Debtor. At the hearing, Prof. Fimbo., for the J/Creditor stated that the parties had agree «n Item 1 to tax it at Shs„1 , 000 , 000.00 and that the rest of the items be taxes!, as presented. That statement was confirmed by Mr. El-Maamry who said it was true and correct. The total amount when added up, comes t© Shs.1 , 005 , 060 , 00 . Since the parties have on their own will agreed on terms stated before me, I tax the Bill of Cost at Shs. 1 , 005 , 060 . 00 .. It is so ordered. GIVEN at DAR ES SALAAM this 9th day of March, 1999.
