The only question at this stc1ge is whether the ·app~llants - .;:1cticm amounted to st,J1.lL-1g. Both courts did not address t,hemselves to this question but for my pGrt I_ ~?.f?t think _th~ appellant'~ conduct amounted to ste~ling.
