The appellant killed his wife0 He literally cut her throat0 He alleged that the wife had refused to have sexual intercourse with him f or some years and his resentment built up0 One night he got thoroughly annoyed, and on som pretext or another he went to her and slaughtered her and the wife died0 Both counsel, for the appellant and the RepUbliC have submitted that there is no ground to impugn the judgment and conviction of the trial judge0 We agree that the conviction was inevitable on the evid,nce adduced at the trial0 The appeal is totally devoid of merit and is dismissed0 /2 -2- DATDatARUSHA this 8th day of August, 1984 A.
