The learned judge f e l t 'that the testimony, o f a w itness needed corrob ora tion and he found such coxroboi*’t i o a in tlie fa o to r s complained against by Mr, Tukunjoba* T Jo r e s p e c t i f u l l y agree w ith the learn ed t r i a l judge th t tno whole ca se depends m ainly on the ev id en ce o f P.tJ.2 and, in view o f the lea rn ed ju d g e*s assessment o f the w itn e s s , h is ovid en cc r e q u ir e s e th e r evid en ce t o support i t .
