I find that the first and second accused were actually found in possession of the pistols and the bullets, and I find it true that the second accused disclosed that the pistol he dug out was the IilUl"'Cl.er weapon. In my opinion the· third accused was not all the innocent person he said he was. I find that he was also privy to the ple.n to rob the UGAUAJI money and .that he actually per:fonned. some :functioxi nt the scene to accomplish that coraL1on design,. In sum, like the asoessors, I an left in no reasonable doubt that each of the accused wru::i a pm-ty to the robbery a.nd to the mu.rd.er of the accused.
