Again on the night of 2/11/1989, as the said pomplainant was innocently asleep, he was rudely awE,kened by the haphazard· falling of things, in the house. After reading the record d·,.rLifully, I cannot agl"ee witb the· leorned State Attorney more, that this application lr.clrn r.ierits.
