LUSHaro FARMERS VEGETABLE & FRUIT SUPPLIES (LUFAVESU) - DEFENDANTS EXPARTE JUDGMENT MASANCHE-Lz= J •: The plaintiff Kafu Maganga entered into a contract with the defendants for the plaintiff to supply to the defendants 150 head ~f cattle fer slaughter. The defendants, it was said, had a tend.er with the Muhimbili Medical Centre for a supply ,~f meat. The defendar. .ts received the cattle, ·, and probably slaughtered them, sent the meat to Muhimbili Medical Centre, .., got paid, but have not paid the plaintiff his dues, ,amounting to Shs.~.3 milli~n. Exhibit lip.in, the· actual contra.ct has been examined. It is genuine .. · The c~rrespendenoe fellowing thereafter amply suggests that the defendants received the cattle. ,. There is, indeed, hi justification for the defendants refusal ti!, pay Mr. Maganga~ The defendants say that tlie business has iloundered and they have gone bankrupt.
