The deceased left surviving with the following dependants; Page 1 of 3 1. Haikaeli Andekia Msuya - Deceased wife 2. Hajira Bundala - Deceased Daughter 3. Mwanaidi Bundala - Deceased daughter 4. Agnes Philipo - Deceased Daughter 5. Majuto Bundala - Deceased Son 6. Shija Lutema - Deceased Sister 7. Hamis Lukas - Deceased Son In this application, Mr. Jeff G. Sospeter, learned counsel who was holding brief of Mr. Matuba Nyerembe with instructions to proceed represented the petitioner. To prove the jurisdiction of this court, the petitioner implored that at the time of his death, the deceased had a fixed place of abode at Arusha and properties within the jurisdiction of this court with the estate of the estimated value of Tshs. 100 million. On 3rd day of June, 2024, a general citation was issued to be published in the Government Gazette and any other local newspaper which is widely circulated in the country. The same was well complied with by the petitioner as evidenced by the Government gazette issue No. 28 dated 12/07/2024, and in Nipashe Newspaper dated 11/7/2024. Page 2 of 3 On behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Jeff submitted that the petitioner prayed to be appointed as the administrator of the estate of the late ELIAS MAYALA BUNDALA as no caveat has been filed. Having gone through the record and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the firm view that the petitioner complied with the citation order. For that reason, since all the requirements were met by the Petitioner, and no caveat has been raised, I hereby appoint RENATUS JAMES SINHU to be the administrator of the deceased's estate one ELIAS MAYALA BUNDALA. He will have to administer the estate according to the law and file Inventory and Final Accounts before this court within six (6) months from today. Ordered accordingly.
