APPLICANT VERSUS - ALOYCE L. MALIMA................................................... RESPONDENT RULING Jr* Date of Last Order: 10/11/2020 Date of Ruling: 10/11/2020 Z.G, Muruke, J. Applicant filed present application for extension of time to file revision on 8th October, 2019. Since filing applicant was represented once by Dominic Fumbuka on 17th February 2020. Since then, no appearance has ever been made. For almost 13 months, applicant has been represented once despite several court orders. That is not right. Court order has to be complied with, none compliance of the same, not only is a disrespect, but create chaos on entire administration of justice. These cannot be allowed to go on. Applicant is the one who knocked the door of this Court, yet not ready to prosecute her case. Miscellaneous Labour Application No. 601 of 2019 is dismissed for want of prosecutiop. Z.G.
