Norah Mr. Matunda Adv: We raised the Preliminary Objection. The matter was fixed for hearing of 1st PTC inadvertently. 1 All the same, I have opted to withdraw the Preliminary Objection let us proceed with 1st PTC. Mr. Kavishe Adv: Let us proceed with 1st PTC. Court: Hearing of 1st PTC opens. Mr. Kavishe Adv: My Lord pleadings are complete. No more applications. We propose speed track No. 3 for not more than 14 months. We shall call four witness. M.G Mzuna JUDGE 14/7/2016 Mr. Matunda Adv: No further application.
