The plaintiff filed this suit in 1988 against the four . defenda11ts. . The pl:ain:tiff st~ted to give his evidence on 1.5/3/94 and on 16/9/94 he aballdoned acfion against the 4th defendant. The court was notified that the 1st defendant passed away :towards end of ~uly 1 1994 and no administrator has been appointed to date.
