Mr. Kalolo Bundala who continued to appear for the first respondent, had no objection to the prayer for adjournment. On our part, we think that for an effective disposal of the controversy between the parties in this appeal it is necessary to amend the documents in the record of appeal, so as to substitute the names of those persons legally existing and capable of obeying orders of the Court. Since, the duty of breathing life into such record of appeal is on the appellants, we order, in terms of rule 111 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2009, that, the appellants effect such amendments.
