CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 53 OF 2018 (Originating from Probate and administration cause No. 5 o f 2018) IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF THE LATE MELLEO AUYE MREMA AND IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION BY JANETH WILLIAM KIMARO, MICHELLE MREMA AND VIV MREMA RULING S. M. MAGHIMBI. J: I have considered this application made under section 38 Rule 50 of the Probate and Administration Act Cap 352 R.E 2002 and the Probate Rules; given the circumstances averred in the affidavit in support of this application; and the legal procedures to be fulfilled in the main Probate & Administration Cause No. 5/2018 pending in this Court; I hereby grant this application. Letters of administration Pendente Lite, Probate and Administration Cause No. 5/2018 for the administration of the Estate of the late Melleo Auye Mrema are hereby granted to the petitioners, Janeth William Kimaro, Michelle Mrema and Viv Mrema. They shall administer the estate according to the law and to the extent prescribed therein pending the determination of Probate and Administration Cause No. 5/2018. It is so ordered.
