The first appellant admitted receipt and use of Tshs.145,000,000 in exhibit P4, which constitutes an admission of indebtedness. However, there was no evidence of disbursement beyond this amount. The Tribunal erred in awarding interest at 31%; the correct rate is 28% as per exhibit P3.
