I have no problem ·:w1.th attendance dates that has been cited on the bill of costs as the same tally with the court record. Having this in mind, the bill •f coats is truced in the following manner:- Instruction fees - shs 600,000L= Attendance before the court and transport shs.1,500/m plus 3,000/= respectively. There are 11 trips. Thus shs 421500L=o I may1aflow more three attendances effected when filing documentso ~item Noo 6,13 & 1'-1-). This is shs '-1-500 x 3 which is shso 13500/=o Filing tees total shs 5,000/m(item 17,18 & 19). The total sum so allowed becomes shs.
