His claim of succession was unsupported by documentary or credible oral evidence. The Plaintiff, as registered proprietor, is entitled to protection under the Registration of Titles Act, and the Defendant's occupation constituted trespass. The Caveat lodged by the Defendant was properly removed after statutory notice, and at the time of Plaintiff's registration, no caveatable interest subsisted.
