The grounds of appeal relating to misdirection and failure to evaluate evidence were struck out for being too general and not specifying the points of law or fact allegedly wrongly decided, in violation of Rule 86(1) of the Court of Appeal Rules. The court upheld the trial judge's finding that the respondent was unlawfully terminated and had been sexually harassed, and that the award of UGX 10,000,000 as general damages was justified.
