However, she exceeded the permitted area and planted trees on 25 hectares belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture, for which she had no legal authority or permit. The Plaintiff was a trespasser on the disputed land and was given notice to harvest her trees but failed to comply. The law does not allow compensation for illegal occupation or trespass, and a squatter cannot acquire legal title.
