The plaintiffs failed to prove entitlement to additional benefits beyond those already paid by the defendant. Evidence showed that severance pay, retirement benefits, and gratuity were paid in accordance with the terms of employment and the collective agreement. Claims for salary increments, compensation for unprovided working gear, and payment in lieu of leave were unsupported by evidence of application or denial, and the employer was not obliged to pay in the absence of such proof. The 11th plaintiff's workers compensation claim was not properly substantiated or procedurally brought before the correct forum. NSSF contribution issues are to be pursued against the Fund, not the employer....
