The case is still pending in the Magistrates Court. In the meantime, on 24/11/97 they brought this petition under Article 137 of the Constitution and The Fundamental Human Rights and Freedoms (Enforcement Procedure) Rules 1992 }{\i\insrsid14891851\charrsid402356 (}{\insrsid2832893 S.
