The court found that the defendants fraudulently obtained letters of administration to the estate of the late Kanani Kasibante by concealing the existence of a valid Will and misrepresenting themselves as children of the deceased. The estate had already been administered and distributed by the Administrator General, with a final account filed in court. The subsequent grant of letters of administration to the defendants was therefore null and void ab initio.
