She was aware of the dispossession and failed to take timely legal action, instead seeking remedies in the wrong forum. The twelve-year limitation period under Section 5 of the Limitation Act expired before the suit was filed in August 2018. The Plaintiff cannot rely on exceptions for fraud or legal disability, as she had the means and opportunity to discover the alleged fraud at the time of eviction.
