The Notice of Appeal was not served at the addresses for service specified in the High Court proceedings, as required by Rule 78 of the Court of Appeal Rules. Furthermore, the applicants failed to prove that there were new demands made on the advance payment bonds after the High Court's decision, and did not establish fraud or unconscionability to justify injuncting payment on the bonds.
