The suit is time-barred as the cause of action against the second and third defendants arose in 1973, and against the first defendant in 1980, both well outside the statutory limitation period of 12 years under section 6 of the Limitation Act. The plaintiff did not plead disability or fraud, thus cannot invoke exceptions under sections 3 and 22 of the Limitation Act.
