The Plaintiff did not pay the Defendant Shs.97,000,000/= as claimed; only Shs.22,000,000/= was paid. The Defendant did not receive the full consideration for the land, and the Plaintiff failed to pay the balance of Shs.100,000,000/=, thus not fulfilling his contractual obligations. The Plaintiff fraudulently misrepresented the status and title of the BMW X5, which was later found to be stolen and had been previously used in Uganda, contrary to his representations.
