Furthermore, evidence showed that the Plaintiff had subsequently sold his interest in the suit land to Mr. Sengozi, who made part payment and claimed ownership. The locus visit revealed that the Plaintiff was never in physical possession of the suit land, which was occupied by multiple Bibanja holders.
