No.444 of 2008 were procedurally irregular and denied the appellant a fair hearing, contrary to constitutional requirements. The trial judge failed to allow parties to address the court, omitted mandatory mediation and scheduling conferences, and made orders on matters not properly before him. As a result, all orders made in those proceedings, including the order of injunction as it applied to the appellant, were declared invalid.
