The application for objector proceedings is procedurally misconceived because the intended execution does not involve attachment of property within the meaning of Order 22 Rule 55(1) of the Civil Procedure Rules. The orders sought to be executed concern vacant possession and transfer of ownership, not enforcement of a judgment debt or costs. Execution for vacant possession should only occur after cancellation of the existing title and registration of the new owner as decreed by the court. Detention of the applicants is also premature and unlawful, as they are not judgment debtors and were not parties to the original suit.
