The Defendants failed to provide sufficient evidence to rebut the Plaintiff's claims regarding unreleased goods. The court found that the Plaintiff was entitled to the release of the remaining goods or their value, interest for being deprived of the goods, and general damages for economic inconvenience caused by the breach.
