The applicants' delay in filing the inventory and final account was attributed to land disputes, which have since been resolved. The court held that sufficient cause was demonstrated for the extension of time and renewal of the letters of administration. However, since the estate property is located in Luwero and the Luwero High Court is now operational, the application for renewal and for leave to file the inventory out of time should be filed in the Luwero High Court.
