Although the Claimant fundamentally breached his contract by securing a loan in the SACCO's name without authorization and outside his managerial duties, justifying summary dismissal under section 69(3) of the Employment Act, the Respondent failed to follow the mandatory procedural requirements for termination under section 66(1)-(2).
