Evidence showed that the late Hawa Abdalla had sold parts of the land to others prior to the plaintiff's purchase, and the remaining land was divided, with the plaintiff buying one portion and the 4th defendant another. The plaintiff did not occupy the disputed suit portion until 2011/2012, supporting the inference that he did not purchase the entire residue. The consistent testimony of defence witnesses and the conduct of the parties indicated that the boundary of the plaintiff's land ended at the Muko trees, not at the State Lodge....
