This fraud vitiated their authority to administer the Estate and to sell the suit land. The Plaintiff, Daisy Nabyonga Grace, relied solely on the fraudulent Letters of Administration and failed to conduct adequate due diligence, ignoring the actual possession of the 5th to 9th Defendants. As a result, her registration as proprietor was unlawful and invalid.
