The Plaintiff, not legally married to Samuel Kayondo Ndaula, was not entitled to administer his estate and overstepped her authority by intermeddling in the estate of Zerubaberi Kyamagwa, including illegal sale and registration of estate property. The land at Busiiro Block 282 Plot 14 and Kibuga Block 4 Plot 502 forms part of the estate of Zerubaberi Kyamagwa, not Samuel Kayondo Ndaula.
