The evidence established that the defendant wrongfully received rent for the period in question and caused inconvenience to the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs, as administrators of the estate, were entitled to a refund of the rent collected, general damages for loss and inconvenience, and injunctive relief restraining the defendant from further interference. The counterclaim was dismissed for lack of merit.
