The court found that the 1st and 2nd Defendants acquired the suit land as bonafide purchasers for value without notice of any fraud, having relied on a Grant that was valid and unchallenged at the time of purchase. The burden to investigate the validity of the Grant did not extend to the Defendants, and the subsequent revocation of the Grant did not automatically affect their title. The caveat on the original title was not shown to be available or effective at the time of the Defendants' search and purchase.
